Chateau Ste. Michelle is Washington State's oldest winery is surrounded by 105 wooded acres and unique craftsman-style architecture, acting as an oasis for everyone who visits. The tasting room is open daily with reservations and walk-in appointments are on a first come, first serve basis. Chateau Ste. Michelle has hosted live music performances since 1984, and their concert series has provided a stage to some of the most legendary artists in jazz, rock, blues and contemporary music.
Columbia Winery has embodied the spirit of Washington’s unique and exceptional vineyard sites, rich diversity and warm, welcoming character for more than 50 years. Founded in 1962 by a visionary group of 10 friends, six of whom were University of Washington professors, Columbia Winery is the result of a deep commitment to proving the potential of winegrowing in the Columbia Valley, located at the same latitude as Europe’s best winegrowing regions.
Cottage Lake Park is located near Woodinville and offers numerous outdoor activities for the community to enjoy. Lake access allows for boating and fishing, and there are walking trails, picnic tables and bbqs, a picnic shelter, play area and restroom. The park is also home to the annual "Music in the Park" free outdoor summer community concerts.
Paradise Valley Conservation Area is located south of SR-522 this beautiful 793-acre park offers a rich environment with abundant forest areas, wetlands, streams, and more than 13 miles of designated multi-use trails for hikers, bikers, and equestrian riders (motor vehicles are prohibited). Paradise Valley provides refuge for bears, cougar, deer, and other wildlife and the park protects the headwaters of Bear Creek. A majority of the site is wooded with several large wetland areas. There are approximately 7 miles of equestrian trails, 10 miles of mountain bike trails and all trails are open to hikers.
Wilmot Gateway Park is Woodinville's first community park and offers a playground, open play area, and connects to the Sammamish River Trail along the Sammamish River. Used as a hub for activity, you will often see events in this park like 5k races and the Celebrate Woodinville Summer Concert Series. The Sammamish River Trail, a part of the Locks-to-Lakes Corridor, stretches for over 10 miles along the banks of the Sammamish River from Bothell to Marymoor Park in Redmond.
